Purpose

The purpose of this demonstration project is to develop, implement and evaluate a model of collaborative chiropractic care for the management of MSK conditions among on Base CAF personnel.

Objectives

  1. Understand and develop models of collaborative chiropractic care which can be implemented within the existing Canadian Forces Health Services (CFHS) care delivery structure
  2. Implement a model of chiropractic care on a CAF Base within the existing team-based, patient-centered CFHS for the management of MSK conditions among CAF military personnel 
  3. Evaluate administrative and clinical outcomes for the implemented model of chiropractic care 

Significance

This study will establish the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of a collaborative model of chiropractic care on a CAF Base for the management of MSK conditions among CAF military personnel. ​
